at my core, i am a hearth weaver, medicine woman, and recording studio engineer.

my ultimate purpose is to bring people together to heal, sing, dance, and remember who they are.

i don’t view my spaces as rigid classes, but as immersive sandboxes. they are structured playgrounds where you can bring your whole self—your joy, your play, your heavy grief, and your wild expression. whether we are working together 1:1, dancing at a community gathering, or recording live music in the studio, my intention is to help you unlearn fear and establish heart coherence.
